Fairview Service Center

The Fairview Service Center “EZ Street” Maintenance Program serves to streamline vehicle Maintenance and payment. By joining you are entitled to up to 3 Engine Oil and Filter changes and 2 Tire Rotations per calendar year. Services do not roll over from year to year. Oil and filter changes cannot be performed more than 500 miles early if you are due by mileage or 2 weeks early if you are due by time. Tire Rotations will only be performed when the tread depth of the outside Lugs of the Rear Tires exceeds the tread depth of the outside Lugs of the Front Tires by at least 1/32”. You will no longer pay overage charges above 5 quarts of oil. You will also receive a $50 credit for repairs at your first renewal and at every renewal thereafter (cannot rollover benefit from year to year) provided your membership is renewed by the expiration date (automatic renewal is default). You will also get priority access scheduling. This means we will reserve the earliest slots in the day and prioritize your vehicle to get it back to you as quickly as possible whenever possible. You will also wait less time to get the vehicle in as we will hold reserved time slots for our Priority Members. Memberships for vehicles using Conventional or Synthetic-Blend oils breaks down to $19.95 per month (the full year is charged up front), vehicles using fully Synthetic oils break down to $24.95 per month (the full year is charged up front). Whole or partial refunds due to failure to use the service WILL NOT be issued. It's up to the member to ensure that they get the full value of membership. 10w30, 5w30, 5w20, and 0w20 are in stock oil weights, any other weight that must be ordered carries an additional charge. Billing will be done automatically via Credit Card. If a payment fails, you will be emailed an invoice. If paid within 30 days, membership will be restored minus your $50 repair credit (because it was not renewed by the expiration date). If not paid in 30 days, your membership will be cancelled.  One Vehicle per membership. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. EDW Auto, Inc dba Fairview Service Center reserves the right to cancel an individual membership or the entire program at any time for any reason with no notice and to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time for any reason without notice. Membership can be cancelled at any time during business hours in person (we need to verify member identity before cancelling) at 1492 Memorial Dr. Chicopee, MA 01020. If cancelled before the expiration date we will calculate the total of the services used up to that point. We will then subtract that from the total membership fee paid, and a refund will be issued for the difference. By signing up for the program you accept all terms and conditions contained herein.
